Is Precalculation Server is mandatory to configure Information broadcasting

We are trying to Publish query on portal but we are getting error.

I am not sure is it related to basis or some BW settings are missing.

Is precalcultion server is necessary in BW to publish a query on Portal.

I have gone couple of link from help.sap.com & service.sap.com.

Hi Harshal,

The precalculation server is only required if you are going to precalculate the workbooks. What error are you getting?

I understood to publish a query we don't required precalculation server.

We are doing following steps

Query designer -> open any query -> Publish -> Bex broadcaster ->create new setting ->No Settings Available for Query Customer Sales Summary ( Y_Z_TEST_QUERY) -> create New Setting with the Wizard

After clicking this button I m getting below error.

I am getting error : Java system error 'incoming call is not authorized’.

Basis guys are looking into it & they have sap note 888687 & did all required things whatever mentioned in this note.

Basis team asking me to check configuration in SPRO so my question is what configuration required to do in SPRO( BW point of view) - under Setting for information broadcasting.

We are using BI7 support pack is 11.

Please advice
