SAP API Management Analytics Dashboard

Hi.

Im playing around with SAP API management in my SAP Cloud Platform trial account.

I have made an API proxy which calls a SOAP service, converting the request and response to json. My API call works , and also the policies which I have in place for checking the APIkey and quota work.

Now, Im trying to check out the analytics part, but when I open the analytics dashboard it shows that there are no calls.

Also, when viewing the API in the API portal, it shows no calls / no data and in the console ,I can see that a server error has occurred with the error:

{"error":{"code":null,"message":{"lang":"en","value":"Unable to retrieve Analytics Data from the runtime"}}

Furthermore, I am also getting errors in other places in SAP API Management, for example when opening the API overview page, a server error also occurs without meaningful error

{"errorCode":"","errorMessage":" : - "}

Although, after that I am able to view my api...

And again, when viewing a Product, server error with same meaningless error message.

Does anybody have a clue why I am not able to see any statistics regarding my API calls and why these error pop-ups appear all over the place?

Do you have any Ads block extension running in your browser? That might be blocking some resources from being loaded properly.

Hi

Nope, no ad blockers. There was a server error saying : Unable to retrieve Analytics Data

It apparently had something to do with my particular trial account.I eventually used a different trial account and partner account without issue.
