The following objects cannot be used as query filters: Year(GetDate())-1 following upgrade

Hello,

Upgraded an environment from 4.1 SP3 to 4.2 SP3 Patch 6.

In 4.1, there are a handful of reports that use a filter in a WebI report, such as

Fiscal Year Greater than or Equal to year(getdate())-1

This worked in 4.1, but in 4.2, while refreshing the data in 4.2 and editing the report to validate the query, the following error is returned:

The following objects cannot be used as query filters year(getdate())-1. Contact your administrator. (Error: INF).

This only worked before while creating a report in the WebI Rich Client, but the data was able to be refreshed in the Web Interface, just not modified. In 4.2, it can't be refreshed.

Is this a bug in 4.2 SP3?
