BT116S_SRVO - existing transaction types not available as search criteria

Hi Experts:

I am working on customers CRM 7.0 system.

Especially a added view BT116S_SRVO/AdvancedSP. Now with atribute PROCESS_TYPE I want to search for my service transactions. But from 5 service transactions, there is only one available in drop down list.

I did not do the original implementation. Where is the Process type search criteria available for BT116S_SRVO limited?

I will be greatfull for any hint.

F2 tecnical Data show that Standad configuration is used.

Flag "From Pre-Processed Table" is set.

All 5 Service Transactions are active and enabled for Web UI in customizing.
