RFC_CVI_EI_INBOUND_MAIN impacted from upgrade to S/4HANA1610 FPS1

Hello. I have a customer that is upgrading from S/4HANA1610 FPS0 to FPS1. They want to know if the RFC, RFC_CVI_EI_INBOUND_MAIN is updated or impacted in any way due to the upgrade. I found nothing in the Simplification List mentioning this particular RFC. Can I have a response ASAP? Thanks

(Unfortunately, it currently (??) seems not to work: when I chose "Export List as CSV File" on the Object List, I only get a empty file (containing captions only) an the message "The service is currently not available. Please try again later."

Yes, I also noticed that exporting the list to Excel has been broken for some time. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
