Internationalisation fof Interactive Forms

Hi

We have an IAF embedded in WD Java. The form must called in the language under which the user is logged in.

In thread 127784 Markus proposed to manually add XDP files with the corresponding locale extensions.

My question is: how can I create localized versions of XDP files?

Thank you for helping us.

Sorry if I have disturbed anyone but I found a way to resolve the problem.

I have created a copy of the original XDP file with the language extensions and then used the Designer outside the Developer Studio to translate the contents.

    I hope this will work.

    • hi,

You need not edit the .xdp files using the Designer outside the developer studio.

Within the developer studio, in the package explorer view, you edit the original .xdp file, & do "save-as", to save it in the <original file name>_<language id>.xdp format.
