Which BO should I use to fetch Email templates?

Dear expert,

Which BO should I use to fetch Email templates?

Requirement is to propose email template based on user logon language & country within interaction of service request.

to do so, BAdi ServiceRequestAgentWorkSpaceUITemplateProposal has been implemented.

SAP has used FormattedTemplates to store custom created templates. however FromattedTemplates does not give nay option(QueryByElements) to fetch those templates.

Could you please suggest any other way to fetch require email templates within BAdi implementation?

Hello Ganshyam,

Please create an incident to request the PSM release of the query and some elements of the BO FormattedTemplate.

Sorry, but that's the way we need to go if we detect missing functionality.
