Hi all,
I am configuring a file to file scenario in Xi.The file gets picked up by the sender adapter but at the receiver end it is not able to create the target directory even though in the receiver communication channel i have clicked the check box Create target Directory. Is there anything i am missing out.
Thanks in Advance
Amit
Hi Amit
I am sure your target directory (what ever you have mentioned at receiver side)could be at Write Protected. That's why while you are at runtime the error message is showing "No such file or directory".

CHECK IN SXMB_MONI IF IT FAILED THEN YOU SOME ERROR IN XI.If it is sucessfull check for error in adapter monitoring.
please reward points.

am getting this error after i checked in Adapter Monitoring .
I have checked the access rights also.Manually i am able to create it but if i click the check box Create target directory the following error appears
Error: Message processing failed: FTPEx: Could not determine cwdir: No such file or directory
Hi Amit,
1)Please check wether your FTP user has acccess privilages to create a directory on Target System .
to test your interface - create a directory manually on Target system and try to create only file on Traget system using file adapter .
2) If you have access try giving absolute path of the file need to get created .

Hi,
Are you using FTP/ NFS as transport protocol? Check if you have permissions to create a file in the directory. Check in the receiver communication channel monitoring about the error.
