Screen variants and screen painter of routing of material

Hi everyone.

I have a few questions and I hope you guys can help me:

1. When creating a certain routing (CA01), I want to set that it is required to assign a certain number of equipment PRTs to an operation. So it should be mandatory to assign at least 2 PRTs. How do I do this?

2. Furthermore, I'd like to make several screen variants (each with different standard values and with a different number of mandatory equipment PRTs that need to be assigned) which I can then assign to a certain tcode or something. Then I'd like to make 1 screen with buttons, so each screen variant (or tcode) can be assigned to a button. So when I click on the button, I go to a certain screen variant of CA01. Is this possible and how?

3. When I'm in CA01 at the operation screen and I click on an operation and then on the PRT button, I go to the PRT overview and immediately a pop-up appears with 'Create Routing: New PRTs'. This screen is automatically on assigning material PRT but I'd like to start with the equipment PRT screen. Is this possible and how do I do this?

If possible, please explain simple since I don't have much knowledge regarding SAP, especially not about user exits etcetera.

I'd like to have a situation where depending on the input in the work center field, a certain number of equipment PRT are mandatory to add. How do I do this?
