Error in accessing KM folder: ResourcePath: startUri must be a sub path of pathUri

Hello Experts,

We have Portal 7.5 in landscape. We are trying to access one of the KM folders. We are not seeing any error on frontend but in logs, we see a constant error message saying

ResourcePath: startUri (/documents/xxx/yyy/zzz/) must be a sub path of pathUri (/documents/xxx/yyy/zzz)! com.sapportals.wcm.WcmException: ResourcePath: startUri (/documents/xxx/yyy/zzz/) must be a sub path of pathUri (/documents/xxx/yyy/zzz)!

our iview looks like below.

We have the same config in all environments but we are seeing this error only in Prd.

We searched but couldn't find anything related to this error anywhere.

Can anyone please throw some light on how to resolve this error message.

Hi Bhavyasri

As per the error that you have mentioned, I can see that to be one of the error's mentioned in the symptom section of the below Note.

Can you refer to the Note and check if it resolves your issue or not.
