Exception with SAPGui when using ME21/22/23N

Hi sir,

I got a SAP Gui exception today but it is strange that I got the exception only whend I use the t-code me21n / me22n / me23n , other t-codes work normally.

Can anyone tell me what happens?

I copied the log files the exception records in.
