Internal ITS settings problem

Hi,

My system is upgraded from 4.6c to ECC6.0 now i am configuring internal ITS. I published SYSTEM and SHUFFLER in to INTERNAL.

I set the icm/serverport_0= PROT=HTTP, PORT=8051

now i am testing webgui with following URL

http://XXXX.XX.XXXXXXX.com:8051/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui?sap-client=420

i am getting following error

The error occurred on the application server XXXX_DEV_32 and in the work process 0 .

The termination type was: ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE

The ABAP call stack was:

SYSTEM-EXIT of program SAPLSMTR_NAVIGATION

HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error

did you publish webgui as well?

ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE would have create a dump in the basck end, can you check in ST22

Was this resolved? If so how? I have just upgrade to ECC 6.0 as well and am having the same problem.

Looking at the dump in ST22 is not giving me any clues.

The termination type was: ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE

The ABAP call stack was:

SYSTEM-EXIT of program SAPLSMTR_NAVIGATION

In SM21

No documentation exists for message ITS_P001

SAP notes 808347 and 816973 are gooe point to start troubleshooting.

Thanks so much! That lead me in the right direction. IN addition I had to apply Note 964521 - Short dump ITS_CANT_LOAD_INCLUDE w/ call of SAP GUI for HTML

But that resolved my issue.
