Idoc Error - The shipping notification cannot be generated for the purchase order

When I try to reprocess a failed idoc I receive below error message.

Message no. /AFS/IDOC170

Basic Type - /AFS/DELVRY05

Message Type - DESADV

"The shipping notification cannot be generated for the purchase order xxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxx schedule line xxxx"

In the diagnosis it shows below detail however none of the below is true for the PO i'm checking.

"The purchase order item is already assigned a delivery completed indicator or flagged as deleted. The PO delivery schedule line does not exist or has already been assigned a delivery completed indicator. The PO delivery schedule line has already been confirmed."

Please let me know if you have got any idea on this error.

if all these indicators are set then no chance for IDOC genernation. how an IDOC will generate when all done process wise..really strange question. please provide more details if not resolved. Thanking you.,
