Validity of Agreement line expired/Purchase Order

Hi All,

Even when this is set as below it still allows Purchase Orders to be created. Agreement header are still valid but agreement line expired:

SPRO - Materials Management - Purchasing - Environment Data - Define attributes of system message in it look for version 00, application area - 06 and No. - 041. change the system message category from W to E and save. next time when u create a PO with reference to expired outline agreement system will give a n error message and it wont allow you to create a PO.

The order was placed after the end of a valid price.

That is not end of a contract. that is just the end of a valid price.

An contract item would be a kind of invalid if you had already ordered the complete agreed quantity or value.

All in all I would just name it inconsistent maintained contracts. you have to ask yourself why you have a contract period of X while you only have prices for the period Y

Validity end date of the condition record on the agreement line (EKPO-PRDAT). Hope this is sufficient.

Can you please mention in detail how you make an agreement line expired?
