Not able to activate 2LIS_02_ACC logistic structure

We are on <b>ECC 6.0</b> and using the SAP BI system on NW 2004S.

In ECC, I want to activate to activate logistic structure <b>2LIS_02_ACC</b> in order to extract PO Account Assignment data to BW. I am using transaction LBWE (Customizing Cockpit) for this but see the logistic structure 2LIS_02_ACC is <b>color coded in RED (not generated)</b>. <u>The button to activate the structure is also greyed out - this is the Inactive button in the update column of the screen for this structure.</u>.

I am able to activate other LO structures without any problems.

Can anyone share if there is a program that can be used to activate the structure or why the button to activate the structure is greyed out.

Thanks in advnance for any insights into this issue.
