Valuation Basis based on master data

Dear Experts;

I've a wage type that should be paid based on the Marital Status and another one that should be paid on the address. If the employee lives in a place and went to another region this wage type should be paid based on a specific percentage from another wage type.

For the first wage type I've tried to use the valuation basis based on master data. I've selected the wage type and entered Infotype Personal Data and selected the Marital Status field and in the "Char.str.value" I've added "1" for Married, and in the amount I've added the required amount.

In the Wage type characteristics I've selected ICOMP as was mentioned in the documentation of the Indirect Valuation based on Master data.

But whenever I hire an employee and select that this employee is Married then go to Infotype 8 and enter the payroll data that wage type doesn't come automatically, even if I selected the wage type it doesn't show me the amount recorded in the configuration. The same thing happens with the wage type selected for the address.

Can anyone guide me if there is something missing.

Infotype / SType / IT field 0002 / / FAMST

Calc.ind. / Comp.ind. / EQ Char.str.value 1

Thanks in advance.
