PO release issue:Indicator blocked

Hi,

Recently I have modified configuration for PO release strategy.For one particular PO which had three levels approvals and approved before doing configuration changes in production system.At that time indicator shows'released' in the PO.It is OK.

PO:XXXXXXXXXX

Three levels Approvals:Before changes

A5-Pur Head

B6-GM

B3-Sathish

Two levels approvals:After changes

A5-Pur Head

B3-Sathish

But,

Now I changed three approvals to two levels approval as per requirement in the configuration,in this particular PO indicator shows 'blocked'(second level). That is I removed B6-GM approval, So not able to do GR.

Any tips to solve this problem,please?

Why do you guys always customize the system without even looking into the documentation and SAP notes or existing discussions in the community? It is several hundred times explained you must not change your customizing for a strategy which is in use.

You created an inconsistency which can only be resolved by recreating your old customizing.
