While exporting an excel sheet, Numeric Values get dots instead of commas as thousand separator

Hi All,

I exported a ALV report to an excel sheet using Spreadsheet Icon in the application toolbar. After exporting, when I open the excel sheet, I am getting the Error 'Excel found unreadable content in 'XXX.xlsx' '. After clicking yes, I am finding that for numeric values, dots are showing instead of commas as thousand separators in the excel sheet. Eg. For the value '4,123.58', it is showing '4.123.58'. I checked the data type of the field. It is 'VLCUR12'.

Is there any possible reason for this problem? Anything to be changes in Program?
