    Hi All,

    DYNAMIC TEXTS in smart forms.

The title is slightly confusing, One will be under the assumption that the text name is passed dynamically at runtime so the smart form starts processing the text in the text name passed.

It is not so . <b>USAGE</b>: You can use this function to compile the text lines dynamically and pass it to the NODE Text you define on the smart form.

    Settings:

Definition of TEXT variable anywhere in Interface or Global definitions.

    Variable name : TEXT

    Type assignment : TYPE

    Associated tyep : TSFTEXT

In text node you need to have the following settings:

    Text type : Dynamic Text

    Field Name : &TEXT&

    Language : EN

<b>Program lines anywhere before the node is processed:</b>

    DATA : LS_LINE TYPE TLINE.

    LS_LINE-TDFORMAT = '*'.

    LS_LINE-TDLINE = 'LINE1'.

    APPEND LS_LINE TO TEXT.

    LS_LINE-TDFORMAT = '*'.

    LS_LINE-TDLINE = 'LINE2'.

    APPEND LS_LINE TO TEXT.

    LS_LINE-TDFORMAT = '*'.

    LS_LINE-TDLINE = 'LINE3'.

    APPEND LS_LINE TO TEXT.

You will see the output generated:

    LINE1

    LINE2

    LINE3

    Hope the concept is clear.

dinamic text means do u have any text with u or u have get it form the data base at run time...

u can print text dnamically by using the conditions...

create 2 r 3 text module which u wanto dislay... in smartform seate text node,,, then insert the text modules in the textnodes.. then Conditions Tab give the conditions to whether to print or not
