Hi Experts,

Change alerts no longer send, when an agent creates their own ticket. If they are the originator, do not send the alert.
Add details to alerts of customer/account id, subject, description, notes, etc...
Add notification for a reply from a customer to a ticket via e-mail, right now there is no notification that they have replied.
