How to create a leave request in SAP HCM?

Hi All,

As a part of the requirement we want to create a leave request first. Then use the leave request and get the number of leaves left for the employee. Is there a way to create a leave request in SAP HCM and also get number of days left in the employee's quota of leaves. Is there a standard transaction,standard workflow to achieve the above?.

Hi Ram,

I am not very sure about your requirement then.

What are you using if not ESS since your question states that you are looking for standard applications and workflows for leave.

Could you please explain your requirement in detail along with what all you have implemented so far.
