Not able to connect to ABAP on HANA Developer Edition

Hi Experts,

I have created an instance of ABAP 7.5 on HANA in SAP CAL. After activating the instance when I am trying to connect to the IP from Remote Desktop Connection it is showing error like 'Remote computer is not available'.

Could you please let me know how I can connect to the instance?
