Suppress Fields in Sales Order?

Hello,

Could you plz let me know the T-code to add & suppress fields in Sales Order-VA01.Appreciate your reply.

Hi,

Its through SHD0 we can suppress the fields in a sales order.

By activating the link rules, we can make the fields either to optional, required, supress and like that.

For customer master record we do the same in OBD2.

Hi mohammed,

Please use T.code SHD0, give the t.code for which you want to make changes as in this case it is VA01 and select the proper variant you want to make changes for like BUS2032. Once you get in the edit mode for that variant, you can make changes as desired like optional,suppress,mandatory.
