We upgraded the yMKT from 1508 to 1702 and we've been testing the system.
When we trie to access to Contact Profile > personal data, above error was occurred.
How can I solve this problem?

SInce 1605 release, Fiori launchpad is the preferred way to access hybris marketing applications. There are no investments being made since then to the CEC shell which you are using. Have you tried using the Fiori Launchpad?
There could be many reasons for this error message. It would be hard to pinpoint the problem without looking at the roles that have been assigned to the user. The roles might have also undergone few changes since the release your are upgrading from is at least 18 months old.
