Hi All

How can one establish a link or what is the document flow with regards to Plant Maintenance Orders, reservations, purchase requisitions and Purchase Orders

Hi Visnu,

You can see the document flow in PM order itself.

In PM order you can see the icon for document flow.

Hi Vishnu,

In the selection screen you can have your Service Order numbe, Service Order Date and the Plant.

Hope this clarifies your doubt.

I want to generate a query that will show me the following information.

Planned order, planned quantity, requistion number requisition qty, requestion status - purchase order - purchase order quantity - purchase order status - release status

Besides MD15 and MD16 is there a report I can run or query I can create that will show me all Planned orders generated for a period eg 01.01.2006 - 31.12.2006

Hi Vishnu,

You can have a likage between the PM service Order and the reservation as follows.

Table : RESB with inputting Service Order number as AUFNR you can get the reservation number.

In case if your Service order process PR in background then the same can be seen in your EBKN with service order number and passing on the PR number as BANFN you can view your EBELN ( PO number ) through EKPO table.

Hi,

If you are creating reservation through PM order,System will generate Reservation number.

For non stock material system will generate PR number.

With reference to PR no,whenever you will create PO it will apear in Document flow of PM order.

You can see all document in PM order.
