Hi all,
I have a query regarding Solution Manager . The requirement is that when we select EMAIL via the link Business Activity - > EMail the Email is opened. I am selecting Business Activity -> Email in the transaction crmd_order.
But I want to capture the Change request number . I checked the table crmd_orderadm_h and found that there are two separate entries one for Change request and one for EMail . I am not able to find the relation between the Change request and EMail.
Please tell how can I capture the Change request Number.
