The best is make a SAP Course:
- TBIT40 fundamentals XI. This course is the most important of all courses. Then there are a lot of weblogs with XI information . In service.sap.com there are many document for basic and advanced users.
- TBIT41, TBIT42, TBIT43 and TBIT44 are good couses but not more important than TBIT40.
- TBIT430 is a very good course for learning BPM.
- TBIT450 is about proxies. Boring.
I'm teacher in SAP Spain and I recomend you TBIT40 and weblogs.
Best regards

Hi Khan,
Its good that you have exposure to JAVA paltform. To learn XI there are various documents available at SAP site. Please go though the below thread and you will get many information related to XI:
You can contact SAP lab about training course for XI. If SAP lab does not have any such sessions in near future then you can ask them about name of the institutes available in Hyderabad authorized from SAP lab for the training. SAP lab has authorized many organisations to conduct the training. Siemens is one from them.
In the meantime you can go through the links provided in the above thread that I have mentioned. These links will help you to understand what XI is and how does it work and why do we need it. It will give you a complete overview from beginning to expert level.
