    Hie Sandeep

Reports in CRM are carried out by the BW guys, we did our reports through BW. BW is the one that extracts information from CRM for you, and carries out the reports. There are standard reports that BW does, and for the ones you need that are not standard they are the ones who have to extract that data for to disply the reports.

A case is an incident for processing, for example, a customer complaint. Case Management within CRM is a component which provides for the processing of cases.

Using the transaction Code SCASE you can create and edit cases. Within a case there are CASE attributes which are at the upper half of the screen, and on the lower half you can link objects that are related to a case, such as orders, the business partner, other preceeding cases, activities, tasks etc. You also find Notes which you can input for the next person who is supposed to process the case. There are also Documents related to the case that you can attach to the case from your computer. You can also create documents within the case and they are automatically attached to the case. There is a log which is updated for every change made to a case.

For any further assistance that you may require, I will be more willing to help

    Hi Sandeep,

You can write the report by using simple select statements from table

    scmg_case_attr &

    crmd_cmg_case_at.

    Thanks,

    Ashish.
