Model that fails to execute

I wrote a BAPI for our Web Dynpro consultant a few weeks ago. He complained that it would not work because the Web Dynpro model that used it failed to return any data (it is RFC enabled). He has several other model references to other BAPIs in the application in the application that work just fine.

I have just returned from the Web Dynpro course and tried it myself, and put the HTTP debugger on to test it. Sure enough, the BAPI is not being triggered, even though the other BAPIs are.

Any idea what could be happening here? I have written RFC enabled BAPIs before and am reasonably confident that the BAPI is OK.

BR,

Tony.

    Hi Tony,

Are you able to call the BAPI from a standard ABAP report? If so, I guess there is something wrong with the way you call the BAPI from within your web dynpro. Can you explain how you do this please?

    Regards,

    Christophe
