Syncing model files using the Cloud

I need to be able to use PowerDesigner on a couple of laptops, and make sure that the model files are synchronised between the two laptops, without using the repository - the repository server is not available across the internet. The laptops may or may not be attached to the same network. Generally speaking, one laptop is used in the office, and the other is used away from the office, sometimes in a different continent.

We have Office 365, so could probably use OneDrive, though that dictates the folder structure on each machine, and I'd like to avoid that. I'm currently using a service called Koofr, but that often replaces a local model with a version from the cloud, even when the local copy is newer. It does rename the local copy, rather than deleting it, so I can recover from it, assuming I actually notice. As PowerDesigner workspaces rely on the filename, I often don't notice for a while. This afternoon Koofr replaced one of my EAM files with a version from this morning, and I thought I was having a senior moment when I couldn't see my recent changes any more. :).

So, can anyone recommend an alterbative service, that stores the files within the EU?

I want the experience to be as seamless as possible; if I edit a file on laptop A while it's connected to the internet, I expect the file on laptop B to be up to date without any intervention on my part.

Perhaps it's time we bought a decent NAS with a cloud connection?
