[Hybris Makrting] "Could not create score"

Hello,

I'm having trouble creating scores in Score Builder. When I click on create I get the window to add the name, target groups, etc. But when I click on save I get an error saying:

Could not create score

Entry sap_ic_scoring does not exist in cuac_pm_ds (check entry)

As far as I know I should not be editing this table manually. I should also mention that I have installed HRF. Is there a way to fix this problem or debug it?

I would suggest to check all the steps were configured successfully after the Upgrade or Intial Installation.

Hi Abdullah,

please be always sure to don't lock the segmentation customizing with your user in the backend while using the score builder at the UI frontend. The score builder wants to create create entries in the segmentation customizing.
