I installed locally Full ABAP Edition-Trial and Full Java Edition-Trial
Version , but it down' work. I have problems. Should The WAS SAP be installed before oh the ABAP????

I think you asked this in the wrong forum.
Anyway, try a clean install. First, install WAS ABAP and then WAS Java. It should work just fine.
