Hi

We have generate SSL certificates and have done the configuration in CCM and as well as in server.xml file in tomcat directory.

Let me know any more changes have to be done somewhere else.

SAP BO Version:

BO 4.2 Sp02

Could you please suggest what is the issue.

Thanks,

Chandra

what happens when you try to access HTTPS URL ?

What process did you use to enable HTTPS in tomcat ?

p.s.
enabling SSL in CCM and Tomcat are 2 different processes, involving 2 diff protocols.

Hi Yogesh,

Thanks for suggestion Yogesh.

Where we can find the below path,

<Installtion Directory>:\Program Files (x86)\SAP Business Objects\SAP Business Objects Enterprise XI 4.0\win64_x64\jdk\bin\keytool -genkey -alias tomcat -keyalg RSA

In our system it shows till win64_x64,

E:\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win64_x64

unable to find from \jdk

Please share your valuable inputs.

Thanks,

Chandra
