SAP C4C and Facebook Integration

Hi All,

We have successfully integrated Facebook to C4C. However, we have discovered a few undesired behaviour:

1) Can we exclude comment to be extracted to the C4C, not even as social media messages?

2) Can we exclude broadcast to be extracted to the C4C, not even as social media messages?

3) Can we exclude broadcast to be extracted to the C4C, not even as social media messages?

4) Can we exclude the Admin message posted in FB to be extracted to the C4C, not even as social media messages?

    Hi

    Currently there is no option to exclude these different types of messages when extracting them to C4C. However once they are in C4C you could filter these out in the Social Media Messages list.

    What is the use case where you want to filter all these messages?

    Hi,

    There are sometimes hundreds of comments to the admin posts? Each of this comment will be imported as ticket and can be overwhelming for the agent to look at.

    Hello,

    Has there been any change in this behaviour so far ? There are many irrelevant posts on social media that get created as a ticket. Do let me know if you were able to do so, thank you.
