Not able to upgrade SAP Hana one from SP11 to SP12.2

Hello support,

The Hana one version available in AWS market place is Rev 110.244.0. Prevously we were able to upgrade to SP12.2 from the Hana one portal > add on section. Since last 2 days we are not able to do this as the Add On sections doesn't show anything!. Not even able to apply the license.

We have tried installing many different instances and ended up with same issue. Anyone else facing this problem? Is this known issue?

I'm a bit confused as to what you mean. Are you a business ONE customer?

Hello Michael, We are using SAP Hana One available in AWS marketplace.

No add-ons available means new instances created from AWS marketplace are not usable. Because the new licenses are applied from Add Ons and even that is not possible. Attaching the screenshot for reference.
