Hello,
Please help me know how I can make SAP S/4 Hana Customer master related Contact person details editable. At present, all fields are greyed out so unable to maintain any fields like Email IDs etc & neither these flow thru even if maintained in General data of Customer master thru T-code: BP.

Can you chcek whether you have activated activate the Assignment of Contact Person?
Check in the path below-
IMGPATH-> Cross-Application Components-> Master Data Synchronization-> Customer/Vendor Integration->Business Partner settings--> Settings for Customer Integration->Field Assignment for Customer Integration ->Assign Attributes ->Activate Assignment of Contact Persons

Can you try this -
Create a contact person in BP in 'Person' with BP Role as 'Contact Person'.
Then assigned it under relationships head as a 'Has a Contact Person' to an organisation maintained in BP.
I actually do not have S4 system, but I think this should work
