Desktop connection: sync/share emails with CRM

Hello gurus!

I recently installed Desktop connection Professional edition 2.0 SP 5 for SAP CRM EHP 4.
Inbound emails are not marked as relevant to sending (sharing) to CRM so i must mark them manually.
Is it normal behaviour?
What can i do to make inbound emails relevant for transport to CRM as default? It's customer's requirement.

Is it customize in InvisibleStudio?
