Few question w.r.t Integration Scenarios in BPM

Hi Colleagues,

I have a few questions regarding the design of Integration Scenarios in the Repository:

1) How exactly is Workflow related to BPM?

2) What is the difference between Internal & External actions ?

3) How is an integration process related to an Action & how are the actions & the Integration processes in an Application Component executed in the integration scenario?

4)Why only Abstract Interfaces to be used with BPM?

5) What does the Property Receiver From- (Response to message Receivers List & Send from Context) mean in the Send step?
