We have launched SAP Hana One 244 Gb instance from AWS marketplace and facing below issues from today(refer the screenshot for the same).
Issue1:
We are not seeing anything under addons like License extension, upgrade to 122, upgrade 111 etc?
Issue2:
We are not able to upgrade Hana instance from 110 to 122 from Hana portal. It says permission denied
Issue3:
Hana Database is being configured for hours and hours and task is not getting finished. Earlier it use to take only 15 to 20 mins to configure the DB
Any help would be appreciated.
Above issues are occurring at different instances creations.
