i need help with configuring email notifications for new incident report, how to notify dispatcher using smart forms mail?

Hello Masan,

You can make use of BRF+ to identify support team which can be your L1Support Team. With below wiki link, you will be able to achieve the same and send emails to your dispatcher/L1Support
