Hi,

I am a WF consultant, so no knowledge on Fiori :)

I could find many threads which is similar to mine but need help still.

My requirement is we have a WF in ECC which works perfect, workitems are seen in SBWP for PO Approval Process. Now we want approvals to be done from Fiori.

Q-1: We have maintained in ECC-SPRO the task-id which is a User Decision Step in our WF. Is there any settings related to Workflow that I have to do in SAP Gateway system?

Q-2: When I open my launchpad Fiori, it shows 7 workitems (just number) it doesnt give any detail or doesnt populate any workitem text. Could this because WF settings in Gateway system is not done?

Q-3: I saw threads where few have said to maintain containers related to the BOR in the WF for that step.

My issue is my step is a Decision Step which I dont want to alter, is there any other way out?

Thanks Aditya V

Hi, Aditya.

Q1: Yes. Please review this documentation.

Q2: You said this is when you open the Fiori Launchpad but I believe you're specifically talking about the number displayed on the My Inbox app tile. Is that correct? If so, you have to click on the tile to open the app itself to get the items.

Q3: I'm not as familiar with this area so I'll have to leave it to a colleague or another community member to offer advice here. Apologies.

Thanks,

Hi Keith,

thanks for your reply. Document was helpful.

I resolved the issue by creating containers and binding it in the Step.

Thanks,

Aditya V

Thanks for the reply, Aditya. If you would please add a new Answer with what you did to resolve and then mark it as the correct answer (or let me know and I can mark it once you've done it) that would be great. It could help others in the future to have your details.
