Bex issue with material/assembly data

We have a PM related query which is getting data from 2lis_17_ionotif.

in BW report the assembly field is displaying some description instead of displaying blank since ecc does not have assembly values for some notifications.

0ASSEMBLY IS MAPPED DIRECTLY with the field bautl_hd. (domain MATNR).

for # values some description maintained in ecc level (3rd screen shot). How can we change this?

please find screen shots for clear idea.
