Symptoms

Unfortunately, J2EE engine doesn't work properly.

and the CPU consumption is very high.

How can I solve this problem?

Hi David,

checked your trace file std_server0.out , found that there is a problem with license.

You need to request for license for you R/3 Abap instance and your J2EE engine would come up.

After the installation of SAP Netweacer Testdrive on Linux, we need to Get the hardware key by executing the following line:

$ /usr/sap/NW4/SYS/exe/run/saplicense -get

Once we done this, Request the license key for your TestDrive by entering your data at this site

http://www50.sap.com/linux/eval/nw4/

You would receive the RPM file for license, keep the database running and install the license.
