Post euro 0,00 in depreciation area 01 and 04

Hello!

Is it possible to deactivate depreciation area 01 and 04 in transaction

ABSO or ABZO or to post a zero amount for those depreciation areas and

a greater amount for the others?

I've tryed to Limit Transaction Types to Depreciation Areas not equal

to 01 or 04 in OAYA transaction but it does not work!

Thanks in advance!

Hi

You need to change the OBAD settings for those areas for which you want to post amount manually.

Thanks

Hi

Remove the tick in the IDENTIFICAL (in transaction OABD) field for those areas for which you want to post 0 values.

Thanks

Hi

Again

Check the transaction AO73 and see whether you have tick in the CANNOT BE USED MANUALLY check box. By the way dep area 01 is book depreciation??

If it is a book depreciation then I doubt whether you can enter 0 value. But it should be possible in dep area 04.

Thanks

Hi Silvia

Final try, in transaction OADB

Change the Management of values

Acquisition values to All Values allowed

and then try. But be careful that this might affect the consistency of the Asset accounting module.

Thanks
