Idoc created without mandatory segment E1EDP01 and subsegments related to it from PO.

It was found that for certain outbound idocs from PO have E1EDP01 segment missing .We need this segment in the IDOC.Could you please assist at the earliest .

Can you please maintain the following fields as change relevant and retest this scenario:

EKPO-BRTWR

EKPO-EFFWR
EKPO-NETWR

Navigate to Customizing path: OLME >Messages >Fields Relevant to Printouts of Changes, and add the entries for these fields.

Hi,

I had the similar problem, where changing services hierarchy was not working, segments E1EDC20 for service lines were not included into the IDOC.

Possibly you need to set the flag T161-KZALE (Distributed contract (ALE)) to X, this helped me at least.

Without the flag some change pointers will not be generated in BDCP2 table and not all segments are generated.

Also check BD52 configuration to make sure that change pointers are listening to fields changes.
