currency Translation Type in BW

Hi All,

I have the following requirements for doing currency translation.

My Requirement is for example I am running a balance sheet report in March, Exchange rates to be applied Jan, Feb, Mar with March rate.

But I was 1.3 to be applied for both 001,002, periods.

Kindly advise how I can get this.

Hi;

I think you can try this:

1) you have a Bex variable for Fiscper defined as interval

2) create a new variable based on 0DATE that will be populated with the last day of the last month in the Fiscper variable (in the customer exit you also need to convert fiscper into calmonth)

3) in RSTUR define a currency translation type with Time reference from Variable that you create in 2).

4) Apply the currency translation type in the key figures
