Variant in BEX

Hi Experts,

I have some queryes that always are open with a variant, but this report have not any variant!! (I check this in RSRT) Can anybody tell how can I resolve this?

    SSap,

    "I have some queryes that always are open with a variant" - what do you mean by this ? - are you referring to Reporting agent variants / information broadcasting variants ?

      Hi,

      If no Variant has been created, then you will not be able to see the button where you select variants. Put in the values reqd and then click the Save button on the variable screen to save as a variant. Then next time someone runs this report, they will be able to see and select the variant.
