Set Cluster Name Using Java SDK

I am working on a program that will configure a cluster of BO servers using the Java SDK. I've got everything working except setting the Cluster Name programmatically. This task is usually done in the CCM with the CMS stopped and each CMS needs to be configured to use the same cluster.

I found an object in the the CMS database that seems to be the cluster definition - it appears to have SI_ID = 4 in all of the systems I've checked, but doesn't have an SI_KIND or some of the other "standard" information I would expect. Its name is the cluster name. And then in the IInfoObject for the CMS servers, the cluster name is included in the SI_SERVER_ID.

So, do I just have to edit these objects and set the cluster name in the appropriate places? Or is there something else I need to do with this?
