We have Lumira documents on SAP BI 4.1 SP07. We are able to view Lumira documents with BI Launch Pad. Once we manually refresh the document it's frozen, nothing happens. And once we schedule/run the documents they fail. If we check Lumira add on 1.31 logs on server. Only error - multiple times- "ORBacus:ThreadPerRequest:Dispatcher| ||||||||||||||||||||com.crystaldecisions.enterprise.ocaframework.TenantClientRequestInterceptor||setCategoryFromServiceContext: couldn't find service context"
By the way I am able to refresh same document from Lumira Desktop for same UNX universe.
Do youhave any idea what this error about? Thank you for any info in advance.
Hi Cédric,
No, I couldn't find any clue at that time.
I had another question: https://answers.sap.com/questions/216913/sap-lumira-refresh-error-hdb-00055-an-error-occurr.html I gave a clue there, basically it might be related to the data quality. If you have bad data in your data source it may cause these type of errors. In my case it was a date field value. Though all these log errors don't give you any hint what the problem was data!

Hi,
I have the same error message with Lumira Discovery 2.0 SP2 patch 1 on BI 4.2 SP4 Patch 3.
Do you resolve this issue ?
Regards
Cédric

Sounds like a bad parameter is being passed between components.
