Multiprovider query for enhanced infoobject...........

Hi,

I have increased the length of the one IO used in Cube.

I have loaded the data for that.

One multiprovider built on that cube and one query built on MP is not displaying the new description of the IO and hence new definition of object is not included.

Do I need to save the query again to get the new definition of that enhanced IO ?

I have already activated the MP and I can see enhanced object in its description.

1) are u using that New IO in query

2) save it again the query

3) are u able to see the data for the IO in LIST cube

Yes I can see the data , but in the free char its showing the old description only ?

Any idea what I have to do get the new description?

Drag back and drag in again .....

and refresh the query ...

You can change the description of the characteristics by right clicking on it and going to the properties. Upper left corner you can change it.
